Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards.

All payments must be made in GBP. Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

5. Warranty and Guarantees

Plant Warranty: We guarantee the health and vitality of plants for one year after installation, provided proper care is maintained.
Workmanship Guarantee: All installation and construction work is guaranteed for two years against defects.

These warranties do not cover damage resulting from external factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or improper maintenance by the client.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project under the following conditions:

Written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date to receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation within 14 days of the start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Any cancellation after work has commenced will incur charges based on the percentage of work completed.

Emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
